Uxbridge Town Centre – Local Policing Update

Dear residents,

Your local Uxbridge Town Centre Policing Team has been working hard to keep the area safe and address issues that matter to our community. Over the recent patrol period, the team has taken positive action, resulting in:

• Four arrests, including:
– One arrest for Breach of Electronic Tag Conditions and Section 4A of the Public Order Act (Intentional Harassment, Alarm or Distress)
– Two arrests for Personal Theft, where offenders were seen stealing from a victim’s bag
– One arrest for Drunk and Disorderly behaviour

• One Community Resolution issued for a Theft offence

• Ten Stop and Searches conducted

• Multiple crime reports completed to support active investigations

• One Intelligence Report submitted

The team also assisted in securing a cannabis factory in Hayes, including supporting the safe removal of cannabis plants from the location.

Additionally, a Partial Closure Order has been granted for Fairlie House and Goulding’s, aimed at tackling ongoing antisocial behaviour. Officers have been conducting regular patrols around these blocks to increase visibility and reassurance.

These results come directly from increased visibility, targeted patrols, and support from local businesses and residents. We will continue focusing on crime prevention and keeping Uxbridge a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
